To be declared a certified pre-owned Maserati, the vehicle must satisfy a range of strict restrictions and specifications. The pre-owned Maserati must be less than five years old, must not exceed 90,000 miles and passes a series of strict technical checks imposed by the Factory. The Pre-Owned Certification is also a guarantee that the vehicle has not being involved in any serious accidents as well as it has been through all the scheduled maintenance services required by the Factory. Additionally, the owner of a new or pre-owned Maserati has the option to purchase the Extended Service Coverage for any further year past the standard new car limited warranty period. Eligible Maserati models are the ones with less than five years old and not exceeding 90,000 miles. The Maserati Certified Pre-Owned Certification is available only at Factory Authorized dealerships, such as Maserati Beverly Hills. Maserati North America covers its automobile fleet with a transferable four-year/50,000 miles new car limited warranty and Road Assistance on all new Maserati sold in the United States and Canada throughout the new car limited warranty period.
